Our Team

Dr. Carlson is the primary provider at Dimensions Eye and Aesthetics, where she brings decades of clinical experience to dry eye care, ocular aesthetics, eye health, wellness, and weight management. Her approach combines advanced technology, patient education, and thoughtful treatment planning so patients can better understand their options and feel confident in their care.

She is also the founding owner of Complete Eye Care, which she established in 1998. Her experience building and leading the practice continues to influence the attentive, patient-centered approach she brings to Dimensions. Dr. Carlson regularly participates in advanced education and hands-on training in dry eye care and aesthetic medicine. Her continued studies include biostimulatory products, aesthetic techniques, medical-grade skin care, human anatomy, product selection, and evolving treatment technologies.

This ongoing education allows her to make informed recommendations based on each patient’s anatomy, concerns, and goals. Across every area of care, she remains focused on prevention, education, and supporting long-term patient wellness

Dr. Jasmine Roth provides comprehensive vision exams with a special focus on medical eye care and ocular surface disease evaluations. She is passionate about managing chronic ocular conditions, particularly dry eye, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy.

Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Roth earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at Arizona State University, where she also played collegiate soccer and was honored as the Pac-12 Women’s Soccer Scholar Athlete of the Year. She graduated summa cum laude from the Southern California College of Optometry and went on to complete a Primary Care and Ocular Disease residency at the VA Boston Healthcare System.

As an active member of the Colorado Optometric Association and the American Academy of Optometry, Dr. Roth continues to stay at the forefront of eye care. Outside of her practice, she enjoys playing soccer and hiking with her husband throughout Colorado.

I’m Shantel DeHerrera, a licensed esthetician and ophthalmic technician with more than 20 years of experience in patient care. I bring a careful eye for detail, a calming approach, and a strong commitment to helping every client feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their skin.

I specialize in advanced facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and customized skincare treatments selected around your individual concerns and goals. Each appointment combines professional skincare with a relaxing, personalized experience, so your treatment feels as restorative as it is purposeful.
