PRX Facial and PRX Pen Microneedling

At Dimensions Eye & Aesthetics, PRX is offered as a personalized skin rejuvenation service with 2 treatment paths: PRX Facial and PRX Microneedling. During your consultation, we will help determine whether a topical PRX treatment or a more advanced PRX protocol paired with microneedling is the better fit for your skin goals, timeline, and comfort level.

How it works

  • PRX Facial is a Non-Invasive Topical Biostimulator Brightening Treatment of TCA (used in chemical peels), Kojic Acid & H202 solution is applied to stimulate collagen at the dermis level.
  • PRX Pen Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure using thin needles.

Both provide collagen induction therapy, reducing the appearance of skin concerns, such as acne scars, stretch marks, or wrinkles. Your provider will recommend the option that best fits your skin concerns, comfort level, and goals.

Your PRX Treatment Options

  • PRX Facial: A surface-focused option within this category. It is often chosen by patients who want a glow-focused treatment that supports smoother, brighter, and more refreshed-looking skin.

  • PRX Pen Microneedling: A more advanced option within this category. It pairs microneedling with PRX as part of a texture-focused skin rejuvenation approach. This option may be a better fit for patients who want a stronger treatment plan based on provider evaluation.

What to Expect

Your visit begins with a consultation to determine which PRX option is most appropriate for your goals. For PRX Facial, the skin is cleansed, and the treatment is applied in-office using a guided technique.
For PRX Pen Microneedling, a numbing cream is applied 30 minutes before the treatment.
Temporary redness, warmth, or sensitivity can occur after treatment, depending on the service performed and your skin response.

Treatment Time, Downtime, and Aftercare

Treatment time and recovery can vary depending on whether you are receiving PRX Facial (no downtime) or PRX Pen Microneedling, as well as your skin type and treatment plan. For PRX Microneedling, some patients return to normal activities quickly, while others may notice temporary redness, swelling, vascular area bruising, or sensitivity. Your provider will review aftercare, product guidance, and sun precautions before you leave.

Why Choose Dimensions Eye & Aesthetics for Treatment?

We take a thoughtful, provider-guided approach to skin rejuvenation. That means clear education, honest expectations, and treatment recommendations based on your skin rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.
